Payments are processed entirely by third-party providers (PayPal, Wise, and Payoneer). We never see, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank account details, or payment credentials.

3. File Storage & Retention
- Your uploaded reference files and completed project deliverables are stored in a private Google Drive folder specific to your order, organized by your unique reference number (MC-XXXXXX).
- Access to your project folder is restricted to the engineer assigned to your project.
- Project files are retained for 90 days after final delivery, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems.
- You may request early deletion of all your files at any time by contacting us.
- We strongly recommend downloading all delivered files promptly upon receiving the delivery notification.

We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each service processes only the minimum data necessary for its function and is governed by its own privacy policy:
