  • Contact information: Full name, email address, WhatsApp number or phone number.
  • Project details: Project descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and notes submitted through the order form.
  • Uploaded files: Sketches, photos, CAD files, PDFs, and other reference materials uploaded through the order form or shared via Google Drive.
  • Communications: Messages sent via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on our website.

Payment Information

Payments are processed entirely by third-party providers (PayPal, Wise, and Payoneer). We never see, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank account details, or payment credentials.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source, browser type, device type, and operating system — collected via Google Analytics.
  • Advertising data: Page views and conversion events — collected via Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.
  • Technical data: IP address, server logs, and cache-related data collected by our hosting provider (Hostinger) and caching system (LiteSpeed Cache).

We use your information exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Processing and delivering your CAD design orders.
  • Communicating with you about your project — updates, questions, delivery notifications, and revision feedback.
  • Sending order confirmations, quotes, invoices, and project-related emails.
  • Improving our website and services through aggregated analytics.
  • Measuring advertising effectiveness through Meta Pixel.
  • Responding to your inquiries and providing customer support.
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

3. File Storage & Retention

  • Your uploaded reference files and completed project deliverables are stored in a private Google Drive folder specific to your order, organized by your unique reference number (MC-XXXXXX).
  • Access to your project folder is restricted to the engineer assigned to your project.
  • Project files are retained for 90 days after final delivery, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems.
  • You may request early deletion of all your files at any time by contacting us.
  • We strongly recommend downloading all delivered files promptly upon receiving the delivery notification.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

  • Right to deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and all project files.
